Ferrara Box LLC – Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 22, 2026

GENERAL POLICY

All purchases made through Ferrara Box LLC are subject to our All Sales Final policy. By completing a transaction, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined below.

STANDARD (IN-STOCK) ORDERS

  • All in-stock purchases are final and cannot be canceled
  • Orders begin processing immediately after payment is completed
  • No modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted once the order is placed

PRE-ORDER PURCHASES

Pre-order items are subject to limited cancellation terms:

  • Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase only
  • Approved cancellations within this window will incur a 25% cancellation fee
  • After 72 hours, pre-orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances

After the 72-hour window:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Store credit may be offered at the sole discretion of Ferrara Box LLC

SUBSCRIPTION / RECURRING PURCHASES (IF APPLICABLE)

For any subscription-based or recurring purchase options:

  • Subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle
  • Once a billing cycle has been processed, that order is final and non-cancelable
  • No refunds will be issued for processed subscription payments

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

  • Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping and inventory allocation
  • Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified
  • Ferrara Box LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or manufacturers

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By placing an order, you authorize Ferrara Box LLC. to:

  • Charge your selected payment method immediately
  • Apply cancellation fees where applicable
  • Enforce all terms outlined in this policy

EXCEPTIONS

Cancellation requests outside of stated terms will not be honored, except in rare cases at the sole discretion of Ferrara Box LLC.
