Ferrara Box LLC – Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: April 22, 2026


ALL SALES FINAL

All in-stock purchases made through Ferrara Box LLC are final and non-refundable for any reason.


PRE-ORDER POLICY

  • Pre-orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase only
  • All approved cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
  • After 72 hours, all pre-orders are final and non-refundable

After the 72-hour cancellation window:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstance
  • Store credit is the only form of compensation that may be offered at our sole discretion

UNDELIVERABLE / RETURNED PACKAGES

If an order is returned to Ferrara Box LLC due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to claim package
  • Carrier inability to deliver

The following will apply:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied
  • Store credit will be issued for the remaining balance (if applicable)

LIMITED RETURN ELIGIBILITY (DEFECTS ONLY)

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

To initiate a claim, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item

Ferrara Box LLC reserves the right to approve or deny all claims at our sole discretion.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Blind boxes / mystery items
  • Trading cards (including Pokémon, sports, etc.)
  • Opened collectibles or figures
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health or personal care items

EXCHANGES (DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY)

We only replace items if they are confirmed defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


STORE CREDIT POLICY

Where applicable:

  • Store credit will be issued instead of refunds
  • Store credit has no cash value
  • Store credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75
  • Ferrara Box LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments

PROCESSING OF CLAIMS

Once a return or claim is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email of approval or rejection
  • If approved, store credit or exchange will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

By purchasing from Ferrara Box LLC, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for:

  • Delivery delays
  • Manufacturer delays on pre-orders
  • Dissatisfaction with blind box or random items

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in:

  • Permanent account ban
  • Legal action if necessary
